As the year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve had together in 2024. From our slow, first few stitches of January to the bold creations of October, November and December.

To celebrate, I wanted to share something a little different—answers to some of the most fun and curious questions I’ve been asked by students and fellow creatives throughout the year. Originally from Japan, Maasa is a creative powerhouse—not only is she a skilled knitter and crocheter, but she’s also a graphic animator and artist. Her talents don’t stop there; she’s an expert weaver and even holds a Cottage License to bake and sell her exquisite cookies and baked goods.
