  • Contact us to reserve your date and plan your custom party at our studio.

    A $200 deposit, applied to the total cost of your party, is non-refundable. This secures your spot and helps cover enrollment and administrative costs. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

    We ask that you book your party at least 3 weeks in advance, but last-minute openings may be available -check for cancellations.

    All events may be rescheduled with at least 25 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian before attending any activity at our studio.

  • We take cleanliness and the prevention of germs seriously and follow strict precautions to maintain a safe environment. All guests will be required to wash their hands with soap and water before participating in any activity and again before having any food in the party room.

  • Our events are designed for an intimate experience. For a sewing event, a maximum of 8 guests is recommended to ensure ample space for sewing and fabric layout. For larger celebrations, our Art and Designer parties can host up to 15 children or adults.

    • 4-person minimum (including the celebrated individual)

    • 8 guests is ideal

    • 10-15 guests max - Depending on party package

  • Yes! You may bring:

    • Decorations for the party room, including hanging light decorations from the drop-ceiling (but no taping items to walls)

    • Food, drinks, cake, and party supplies (plates, napkins, utensils, cups, candles, cake knife, etc.)

    • Food and drinks must stay in the designated party space

    We do not provide a fridge or microwave, but there is a small kitchenette where you can prep. No sternos, piñatas, sparkler candles, glitter cannons, or anything else that will endanger our studio or take days to clean, are allowed.

  • Yes, you may arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up decorations and food.

  • Birthday party and special event cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable $200 deposit.

    All events may be rescheduled with at least 25 days’ notice.

    • Events may be canceled with at least 25 days' notice. The $200 deposit will not be refunded, but any additional payments made will be returned minus a 30% service fee.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 25 days of the scheduled event. The full payment will be forfeited, and the event cannot be rescheduled with that payment.
