CANCELLATION POLICY

SERVICES - ALL CLASSES, STUDIOS, PLAYS AND EVENTS.

  • A non-refundable fee of 30% of the total cost applies to all courses, camps, classes, events and workshops at any time. This covers enrollment and customer communication. If rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, the fee may be transferred.

  • Client Rescheduling and Reminder -

    • Let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you’d like to reschedule your class by using the ‘reschedule’ option in your registration email.

    • A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your class or event. Rescheduling is no longer possible at that point.

  • Courses | Camps | Classes | Workshops | Date-Night Art and Play -

    • 70% refund up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session.

    • No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the class. It will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

    • Refunds will not be issued once classes are in session.

    • Please note: Class offerings may change over time. If a delay occurs between your purchase and participation, we cannot guarantee the same class will still be available.

  • Open Studio | Open Art and Play | Preschool Art and Design - for all participants -

    • Cancel 24+ hours in advance for refund (minus 30% for administrative work), or reschedule.

    • Cancel under 24 hours or No-Show: sorry, no refund.

  • Party | Events | Birthday -

    • All participants under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian before attending any party/event activity at our studio. The waiver will be emailed to you, and it is your responsibility to ensure that ALL guests have signed and submitted it before the event begins.

    • Please note that we WILL NOT be able to accommodate any child without a completed waiver.

    • Party and event cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the $200 deposit at any time. This deposit is non-refundable.

    • Events may be rescheduled with at least 25 days’ notice, subject to availability.

    • Events may be canceled with at least 25 days' notice. The $200 deposit will not be refunded, but any additional payments made will be returned minus a 30% service fee.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 25 days of the scheduled event. The full payment will be forfeited, and the event cannot be rescheduled with that payment.

  • Client NO-SHOW | NOT READY -

    • If you're not home when the instructor arrives for your private class, they'll wait for 10 minutes past the class start time.

    • Unfortunately, we can't offer a make-up class or a refund.

  • Instructor NO-SHOW (with notification) -

    • If your instructor is unwell or dealing with a personal emergency, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to arrange a substitute or reschedule your session for a later date.

    • If your instructor is more than 10 minutes late to a private lesson, that’s on us - you’ll receive an extra 30 minutes of class time, free of charge.

    • In the event of a force majeure (weather, power outages, emergencies), we will reschedule your session to a later date.

    • Unexpected car trouble on our way to your location will also result in rescheduling and we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Refunds for Cancellations -

    • We'll process your refund within seven (7) business days. Depending on your credit card company, it might take 1-2 billing cycles. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop via email.
