All repair work begins with a $15 base service fee, after which a clear repair checklist and pricing guide will be completed so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. This is done during the appointment.

Bring in your beloved teddy bear, doll, puppet, or favorite stuffie for a private 15-minute intake appointment.

We’ll listen carefully, assess every tear and loose seam and tail, and let you know exactly how long your loved one will need to stay with us for proper care.

During their visit, we can mend broken seams, repair worn fabric or wool, replace buttons, embroider facial features, refresh tiny garments or bedding, and restore well-loved details with patience and precision.

Because true healing takes time, patients will need to remain at the studio until their treatment is complete. They will be safe, cared for, and stitched back to life with great love.

Each patient receives a special clinic tag with their name, telephone number, and email so they are safely checked into our care. We’ll contact you as soon as your loved one is ready to be picked up and returned home.
